The price depends on the item you demand, including the shape, size, and quantity. An exact quotation will be offered after receiving full descriptions of the item you want.
Q3 How do you ensure product quality control?
Quality is our priority. We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production, and every production process is checked by our QC manager one by one before delivery. Customers are also welcome to inspect products before shipping.
Q4 What are the packing details for shipping?
To ensure the safety of your goods, we provide professional, environmentally friendly, and efficient packaging. Each part is packed in high-quality carton boxes, and we typically include extra spare parts with your order.
Q5 What is your MOQ and can I order a sample?
Yes, sample orders are acceptable. The MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW terms, or a 20'GP container based on FOB terms. You may mix different items to fulfill container requirements.
Q6 Can you customize furniture based on my own design?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs received from clients or customize our existing designs. We can adjust sizes, upholstery materials, and frames through our R&D department to bring your inspiration to reality.
